Embers

Embers (2025) uses the glowing, smoldering imagery of a fading fire to sonically explore hope after loss, moving through grief, and the importance of small moments of joy and delight. The piece traces a wistful glimmer, a brilliant blaze, and an inquisitive spark through morphing textures and tempi, gesturing to a non-linear journey through the stages of grief and the ultimate peace and gratitude one might seek.
